What is integration?
What is Integration?
Integration is the gentle process of making sense of what we’ve lived — especially those moments that shake, expand, or awaken something in us.It’s not about solving or analyzing. It’s about weaving an experience into the fabric of who we are, letting it take its place — without forcing meaning. This is not clinical therapy
While this space can feel therapeutic, it is not a clinical setting. There is no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no expert above you. This is a shared human space — one of presence, reflection, and deep listening.
Who is this for?
Integration is for anyone navigating meaningful experiences — whether from a psychedelic journey, a dream, a deep conversation, or simply a phase of intense emotional movement. You don’t need to have used any substance to need integration. If you’ve ever felt like something inside you shifted and you’re unsure what to do with it — this space is for you.
What I Offer
This is a space of presence, not prescription.I offer accompaniment — a form of conscious listening and mirroring that helps you process, land, and unfold after meaningful inner experiences. Whether your journey was sparked by a plant medicine, a dream, a life change, or an emotion you can’t name, this space welcomes it.
Modalities:
+ 1:1 Integration Sessions
Held online or in person. We explore what’s alive in you, what’s asking to be seen, and what wants to be grounded.
+ Preparation Sessions
If you’re about to enter a ceremony or intentional space (with or without psychedelics), I help you clarify intentions, inner frameworks, and emotional support strategies.
+ Post-Ceremony Reflections
Sometimes, the “trip” continues long after the moment ends. We meet where you are and help the pieces land.
+ Guided Meditations
Subtle, voice-led journeys that support grounding, emotional clarity, and connection to inner space. Tailored to where you are — whether you’re preparing, integrating, or simply centering.
+ Gentle Check-Ins
Not every session needs to be deep. Some are soft containers to breathe, speak, or simply be heard.
About me
Although my background is rooted in the electrical trades, wiring homes, installing large-scale solar sites for FPL, and troubleshooting circuits under Florida’s relentless sun, it was always the outdoor moments that spoke loudest. Climbing rooftops to install solar panels taught me to pay attention: to how light interacts with surfaces, to the rhythm of my breath on high ladders, to the stillness of early-morning skies.Outside of work, I gravitated toward experiences that jolted me awake. Adrenaline-fueled moments cracked open routine and revealed something deeper. Whether free-falling through open sky or wandering moss-laden trails, these adventures peeled back layers and left me wondering how raw, unfiltered experiences reshape the heart and mind. From an early age, I felt part of something bigger, a global tapestry of cultures and unseen possibilities. Even as a child in Cuba, I sensed I was a citizen of the world, drawn beyond familiar borders to explore the deeper threads that connect us all.Growing up under a system of strict conformity gave me a firsthand understanding of mental constraints and a drive to transcend them. Over time, through expanded states of consciousness, I’ve reclaimed parts of my own thinking that were once buried under silence or fear. Each experience became an act of liberation, a way of returning to myself. At 16, I began meditation, opening doors to inner landscapes I’d never known. Soon after, I studied the basics of hypnotic attention, learning how to guide focus, observe subconscious shifts, and witness how intention can shape perception itself. The mind, I discovered, is not a fixed structure but an ocean of unfolding.Sacred plants, particularly ayahuasca and psilocybin mushrooms, have played a quiet yet meaningful role in that unfolding. Though my experiences with them haven’t been extensive, they’ve been profound enough to mark a before and after. Each encounter brought forth memories, clarity, and questions I didn’t know I was holding. These teachers don’t give answers. They stir awareness. And I remain deeply respectful of their power, mystery, and the responsibility they invite.Music has also become a portal. I hold a deep, proactive passion for fusion-based improvisational music, often created through live, trance-informed sessions. These sounds aren’t performances. They’re conversations with the unseen. I explore layered vocals, overtone singing, and textured keyboard flows to express what words alone can’t reach. For me, sound is integration in motion.Psytegration.life is a reflection of all this—the landscapes that stirred me, the internal shifts they sparked, and the practices I return to for grounding, clarity, and connection.
